No Oscar predictions

This year, I am passing on doing any Academy Award predictions simply because I am disappointed in the many deserving omissions and some of the questionable nominations.
My passion for movies is rapidly fading, which is another factor. After 50-plus years of writing about movies, I am coming to the end of the trail.
